Frequently asked questions

Is Kickly free?

Yes. Kickly is free to download on both iOS and Android; there is no charge for live scores, line tracking or alerts.

What is line tracking?

Line tracking means setting in advance the line you want to watch in a match. For example, if you pick Match total goals Over 2.5, you get an alert the moment the third goal goes in. No need to keep the match open; Kickly watches in the background.

Which markets can I track?

There are six markets: goals, corners, yellow cards, red cards, both teams to score and the match result (1X2). For the first four you can set the line from 0.5 to 15.5 and combine first half, second half or the whole match with home, away, total and over/under.

Which alerts do I get?

You get an alert when your line is crossed. For the matches you follow you also get red card, penalty, goal ruled out by VAR, half-time and full-time alerts.

Do I need to sign in to track a match?

Yes. So that your tracking is kept across devices, you sign in with your Google or Apple account. It takes one tap and you don't need to create a password.

I'm not getting alerts. What should I do?

Make sure notifications are allowed for Kickly. On iOS go to Settings > Notifications > Kickly; on Android go to Settings > Apps > Kickly > Notifications. You also need to be signed in with Google or Apple before creating a tracking.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Home > account icon > Delete my account to delete everything permanently in one step. See the account deletion page for what is deleted and what is kept.
