Kickly — Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kickly account and all data related to it in one step in the app — no need to send an email or wait for support.

Steps

1. Open the Kickly app.
2. On the Home tab, tap the account icon at the top right.
3. Tap "Delete my account" in the menu.
4. Confirm by tapping "Delete my account" again on the confirmation screen.

This happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account details (name, email address, Google/Apple account ID)
• All your line tracking (match, market, line, status history)
• Your device/notification records (push tokens)
• Your session details

This data is removed from our servers immediately and permanently with your request; there is no waiting period.

What is kept

Unless required by law, no data is kept after your account is deleted.

No account / can't access the app

If you can't sign in to the app, contact us at support@kicklyapp.com and we will process your request manually.
